By submitting this application, the Company and individual guarantor certify the truth and accuracy of all information provided, and agree to the following terms:

1. This Account Agreement is accepted by Watson Gravel, Inc. ("Watson") unless Watson notifies Company in writing within 30 days that credit will not be extended.
2. Watson may adjust the credit amount at its sole discretion.
3. All invoices are due within 30 days. Unpaid balances are subject to 18% annual interest.
4. Butler County, Ohio courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
5. If Company fails to pay amounts due after written demand, Watson is entitled to collect all court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
